IN2 Engineering is a progressive Building Services Engineering Consultancy practice with a proven track record of delivering award winning Projects throughout a wide range of sectors within the Built Environment. Due to our continued expansion we are seeking to recruit a talented, Senior Electrical Engineer, responsible for the effective delivery of Projects. This position would involve operating within a team environment at our Dublin office, taking active roles in Project leadership.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualified with at least 6 years’ experience and ideally have gained or be in the process of attaining Chartered status
- Experience of taking an active role in project delivery from concept stage to completion
- Ability to present and communicate ideas with clients, architects and project managers
- Thorough knowledge of electrical engineering design and techniques
- Aptitude for managing and mentoring Junior Engineers within a vibrant team environment
- Proficient in the use of software tools
- Be capable of taking the lead on projects with minimal input from management team
The Key Activities
- Act as Project Engineer including electrical design for a range of projects; particularly in the commercial, civic and cultural, educational and healthcare sectors
- Develop project scope with design team / clients including budgeting and reporting
- Implement and oversee successful design solutions for Projects
- Oversee Resource Management and Planning to ensure successful Project delivery
- Provide mentoring of Junior Engineering staff
- Assist the Management Team with Business Development and Financial Control activities
