Experienced qualified Scaffold Supervisor required with offshore scaffolding experience to work on heavy lifting vessels worldwide.

The Scaffold Supervisor shall report functionally to the responsible engineer and will be responsible for the competent inspection, reporting and evaluation of in-service equipment. They will ensure that these activities are implemented in a safe and effective manner.  They will carry out these duties in accordance with the company procedures and to the high levels of service expected by the company.

The candidate should have a good history of managing personnel in an international workforce.

Be able to understand and carry out Scaffolding work scopes as per requirements.

To ensure that Health & Safety standards are maintained at the highest level.

To ensure onsite Health & Safety audits are carried out periodically and the resulting action plans are fulfilled.

To conduct periodic Toolbox Talks, PPE and equipment inspections, in relation to Health & Safety.

To ensure the completion of annual company H&S objectives in accordance with key industry accreditation and company policy.

To maintain and obtain relevant Health & Safety qualifications, by keeping up to date with regulations.

Minimum Advanced CISRS Card

CISRS Advanced Inspection Card

Valid BOSIET or FOET Offshore Certification

Full UKOOA Medical, ENG1 Medical

MIST: Minimum Industry Standards Training

CA EBS/ Bideltoid

Working and rescue at heights/ Confined Spaces

The applicant should have at least 7 years’ experience in the field and be able to demonstrate easily good leadership qualities. They should be prepared to work a 5/5 rotation which may be extended due to sailing times.
